Manufacturing Technology Managers

Help Carrier provide direction to all manufacturing operations in the areas of technology and manufacturing integration. Identify best practices to achieve lean production technologies in Carrier's facilities, and implement Product Delivery System principles, integrating manufacturing, engineering, TQM, supplier management and training. Conduct technology assessment analyses and support major initiatives that improve the linkage of engineering design and manufacturing process in a lean production environment. Qualifications include an MBA with eight or more years of experience, or a BA/BS with ten or more years of experience, including work in a manufacturing operation environment that includes production materials management or distribution.
